"If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have. This was by far the worst experience possible. The owner, Saith Saab, who runs the shop, doesn’t care if customers have to go back into the muddy, filthy storage area (godown) behind the shop to pick up their own tiles. That’s one thing but when you want to return or exchange tiles, you have to go through the same disgusting process again because Saith Saab simply doesn’t care. I hope they learn their lesson someday. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS SHITTY PLACE!"
