"I had one of the best salon experiences at Delite Care Lahore. I got my hair dyed, along with a facial and massage, and the results truly exceeded my expectations. I previously had a dark metallic hair color and believed achieving a lighter shade without cut-down would not be possible, but they did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend Delite Care for their professionalism and expertise. The staff were wonderful, especially Beenish and another team member whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. The owner was extremely positive and welcoming, and the overall environment was very pleasant. I sincerely hope they open a branch in Islamabad as well."

"I visited this beauty parlor on Sunday night around 9:00 p.m. to avail one of their service deals. Before going, I specifically asked the owner if the parlor was still open, and she confirmed that it was. Their official closing time is 10:00 p.m., so I arrived well within the timing. However, once I reached and changed my dress to start the service, one of the parlor staff members came to me and said, “We are about to close and you’re the only customer left, so we can’t provide you with the deal you selected.” Instead, she insisted that I choose another deal with a higher price, saying it would help them “compensate for staying late.” This was extremely unprofessional and misleading, especially since the owner had just confirmed they were open and I had arrived on time. It felt like they were trying to take extra money by forcing me into a more expensive package under false pretenses. Moreover, the service quality was very poor. The staff seemed to be in a hurry to finish and did not perform the service properly. It was clear they just wanted to wind things up quickly, and there was no attention to detail or care given. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I felt misled, overcharged, and disrespected as a customer. I would not recommend this parlor to anyone looking for professional or honest service. Businesses should value their customers’ time and trust instead of using deceptive tactics to earn extra money."
