"Pathetic customer service by Filter house Bahria town Yesterday got there for an oil change after it was done i gave them my atm so they could charge for their services the attending swiped the card and in a sec Rs.1820 amount was deducted from my account but the machine did not print out a receipt i told them and showed that the following amount has been deducted from my account and he said we did not receive it he again swiped the card and this time the machine printed out the receipt he assured that the amount will be credited to my account within one day i waited one day and the amount has not been credited till now i visited filter house bahria town this morning to tell them about my situation and the attending said we can't do anything about it and we can't return your money i told him that i will be putting up a review about your services and he said that go and do that cause it won't affect us in any way i spoke to customer service of my bank and they said that the amount has been sent and received by the vendor"

"Bad experience. Workshop Used sub standard engine oil for new suzuki alto (API SL) wheras suzuki manual recommends API SN for new engines. Customers should be careful while going to this workshop and verify oil grade before change."
