"Bought a bed and dressing table in April 2024. The bed quality is good and we liked it. Delivery and installation were done on time as promised . But we found was paint/polish damage on the foot side of the bed after 4 months. We called multiple times and at first the salesman said they would send someone, but later they stopped answering our calls. They promised a 10-year warranty, but there has been no response or after-sales service. They will sell the product and then forget about you. In reality, their warranty means nothing and is very disappointing."

"Not a pleasant experience despite being a repetitive customer. The finishing and high gloss paint is totally different compared to what you see on display in their showroom. They say they uplift their prices by 10% each year, assuming customers won’t know, whereas the uplift is more than 20% and they try to lure you in with the fake 20% off. Even if you confront them with their lies on price uplift they won’t feel any shame but just smile shamelessly. Anyways, thanks so much for making a repetitive customer don’t ever forget such a pleasant experience."

"I have placed all my furniture in my house. Till now all is going well. I hope all goes smoothly and is decided promptly. Miss Anella's interior designer is very cooperative but a little lazy to push. Ishafaq sb is helpful too. In Shaa Allah will have a good experience."

"Very pathetic service. I ordered bed set from Gourmet Furniture. Although they delivered what I ordered but the services and staff were very poor. They delivered the furniture with a major issue and we had to call them multiple times to fix it. Now when I have checked the finishing is not up to the mark. It seems they delivered the dummy/displayed piece. I won’t really recommend if they don’t improve their services."
