"Awareness Post: If you expect a great customer experience at a famous place like this, read this review. The staff are uncooperative and unprofessional, only interested in customer staring. I had to remind the staff upstairs twice to process my bill myself, and they only smirked back. Upon a senior staff member’s intervention the bill was further processed. The CS staff need manners and training in precise and ethical communication. Thanks!"

"Prices are very reason and quality is good. Staff is constantly making very loud noise. It’s 2:17 pm now and they are sitting and narrating a story on 1st floor and very loud noise at ground floor. Despite requesting to be a bit quiet, it was of no benefit. I request owner to look into this as staff play a crucial role in improving business. A very good store with poor management is not making sense."
