"Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. I booked dry-cleaning for multiple suits and shirts, and the website clearly showed a pickup window of 5–8 PM. No one contacted me even by 9 PM. When I reached out myself, the staff had no clue about my order. After confirming all details, they claimed the driver was “on the way,” yet no one showed up — not even by 11 PM. When I followed up, I was casually told the driver never came and the pickup would happen the next day. The next day was just as bad. When I checked again around 8 PM, they said the driver would come “on time,” and when I asked for clarity, they literally told me that if I was in a hurry, I should go drop the clothes off myself. The service is unprofessional, unreliable, and borderline disrespectful. Zero coordination, false promises, and no accountability. Would never recommend this service to anyone."
