Sana Wood — Plywood supplier

"Extremely unprofessional and dishonest service. As shown in the attached receipt (dated 28-Feb-2026), I ordered ZRK U.V LUX sheets at 7,200 per sheet, along with other materials (MDF, Alnoor tactile sheets, KMI boards, etc.). They delivered all items except the ZRK sheets and kept giving false delivery times. They did not answer calls, and every time I visited their showroom, I was told the sheets were “on the way.” When the sheets finally arrived, they replaced my selected ZRK sheets without informing me, claiming the article was unavailable. I was then asked to choose another color/brand. I selected KMI, which was originally quoted lower than ZRK, yet they refused to refund the price difference and made excuses about price increases. Changing products without customer approval and refusing to adjust the price is unacceptable. Poor communication, rude behavior, and zero pricing transparency. Not recommended. (Receipt attached as proof.)"

"Display is good but customer service was very bad. Staff at reception totally don't bother if you are there to ask a question. They simply ignore you and keep talking to each other. Have gone through the reviews and decided not to order anything to them. Since last many years, They are replying to all the negative reviews as we will improve our service next time. Seems, their next time is still no where near."

"They don't have stock of good designs, whichever design you select mostly they say its out of stock. Secondly, customer interaction is very bad and pathetic. The female staff is not professional and misbehaves and gets annoyed when you ask questions regarding designs. Worst experience."
